Very plesant on a recent sunny Sunday afternoon, when the beer garden was pretty much full to capacity.
Beers on this occasion were Hobgoblin, Butcombe and Corage Best. Ciders were Blackthorn & Thatcher's Traditional.

After recently eatting at this pub I was most impressed. The food and service were absoultely superb.

Recently done up, and with more of an emphasis on food. They do a meal deal during the week, two courses for 6.50, or thereabouts. It's probably one of the best two in Nailsea if you want a pub meal, but still nice for a pint. There's a reasonable size outside garden with a water feature.

Used to have chincillas. Only pub in Nailsea to do so. Used to also be called the Butchers Arms.
