Of course people head here for the pubs fantastic location by the sea. But however it is also quite cosy inside which does get busy. Worth a visit in a storm or a heat wave.

Nice view over the bay, not a very traditional feel to the interior, but quite cosy. Unfortunately the first pint I had was off, but it was changed without a fuss (although the barmaids admitted they didn't like ale!)

Nice enough modern and clean pub in a stunning location. Decent hand pulled beer - I had something from a Falmouth brewery I believe. Decent food. No complaints from me or my two hosts.
Try and get a window seat. It makes all the difference.

Lovelly position, pity about the poor quality food & the miserable landlord. As has been said befroe, there are better pubs in the the villages.

Lovely seaside pub but no Sharpes Doom Bar! Still the IPA was a very acceptable substitute. Mega crab sarnies and my companions ham sandwich and cheese ploughmans looked equally good. Nice atmosphere though I think you might need a peg leg or a parrot to feel really at home.

GOOD BUT THERE ARE TWO BETTER AND MORE WELCOMING PUBS IN THE VILLAGE

Very good pub serving wide selection of real ales. James the landlord may put you off but he's harmless really. Very cosy atmosphere in Winter and tables outside in Summer. Fairly priced and lovely view of the sea.
Also the village it's situated in is Kingsand NOT Kingsands, that annoys me.

Situated next to the beach in this idyllic East Cornwall village. Real ales (unusual varieties for the area), plain and wholesome food and characterful landlord. 60's and 70's vinyl disco on Saturdays!
