Hey i know a woker in the Royal Vic its a great pub the staff are nice they have a really good juke box up to date music on it, have all sports channels even the airibick one, so i have seen all footie matche's, karaoke is good fun and even have a pool table, the people from the red loin do not go there as most of them are band and the red is open again and they have all gone back, well done olga and steve the vic

This place re-opened some time ago as the Royal Victoria (its old name). Although I have not been back there I am told they have karaoke Fridays which is OK, but the clientele from the closed Red Lion have moved in and it is a geting "rough". Only a verbal comment from a drinker so would be interested to hear if that is true before I venture back.

Yesterday, someone told me this pub has closed down since losing interest from the customers.
Is this just a vicious rumour?

Larkin 2 is now Hanwell's GAY friendly pub. The Manager Spencer is GAY and whilst everyone is welcome in the pub, it is fast becoming more GAY oriented.
The pub which is open every day from 11.am boasts a pool table, fruit machines,a juke box and a large dance area. A snug area, a darts board and a good sized beer garden. Happy Hour is from 5-8 Monday to Friday.
Whilst there are no roast dinners on a sunday at present, Spencer is happy for you to order food from the cafe next door and eat it in the pub.
On Friday and Saturday nights Spencer presents Karaoke
and Sunday nights there is usually a DJ or Disco.
Every month he presents the 'Comedians'
The pub is being re-decorated at present but remains open throughout this process. Watch this site for the 'Grand Opening' date.
