In here last Saturday just after 2.00pm and good crowd of over 20 in.
Nice enough back street boozer with two bars.
They have two TV's but both were switched off and some loud piped music was playing.
Pool table and dart board.
Only I hand pull (better than none) for Wye Valley Summer @ £3.00 a pint and very nice it was too.

Dropped in on a crawl. Stayed for several pints and games of pool. Seemed welcoming enough to us. Enjoyed it.

Thank you, thank you. We thought it was just us that found this place strange! I wonder if you were there the same afternoon as we were? We had heard mention of the Dyke Disco but it didnt cross our minds that it was an afternoon start type event? We spent an amusing 20 minutes trying to work out if a bloke or a woman was running it? Seemed to be a very inclusive event for the locals and as such was rather uncomfortable to us as "outsiders". are you sure it was a woman? I will bow to your superior judgement on this, that apart, we nipped in because of the convenient parking, fair prices, standard pint, glasses could have been cleaner.

This pub is a cross between the set of "The Hills Have Eyes" and the Jezza Kyle show. We were unfortunate enough to drop in on a rare visit to Hereford and wish we hadn't bothered. The pub is extemely tired looking, beer ok, nothing special and nothing non-standard. Quite an intimidating place really, it was a Sunday and there was some sort of music going on run by a very old, butch lesbian, we drank up really quickly and ran. Bizarre place.

I was on a stag weekend looking for a place that would accept 25 blokes and this place fitted the bill perfectly for a pub to start the evening. The bar manager even gave us a free duke box and pool table and we ended up staying there for a good 2 hours. Good beer, very cheap, friendly staff. We ended up having a whole section of the pub to ourselves and the locals were only too happy to accept us. The bar manager also turned out to be a Pompey fan so that added to the appeal and he let us pose with a signed pompey shirt. All in all, a lot better than expected. Would definitely recommend to a group starting the evening looking for pool table cheap beer and lots of space. Make sure you ask to play drunken tower.

A grisley little hovel that still maintains the whiff of stale tobacco despite being several months on from the start of smoke free legislation.

Two romed pub on edge of city. Both rooms particularly dreary. On several visits, the clientele appear to be ageing hippies and new age traveller types. Altogether a dreary pub. Bass on cask, but competely unpalatable.
