Went there recently on a Sat night and place was OK. Good mix of people and band playing decent tunes in the corner. There isn't much surprise in these places but I've been to worse bars in Prague...

Why the English want to go to a city rightly famous for it's beer houses, and come here, beggars belief. However, I realise that on Saturday/Sunday afternoons, we start hankering for live footy. There are far better (but rarely great) places up the sideroads off Wenceslas Sq, where you can get a decent local pint, watch the latest boring Prem' match on giant screens, and mix with skulking stag parties. Get your football fix and go search out something more interesting.

went back just to see if had improved, it hadn't, if you are a chemical swiller who loves bars that play loud music then this is the place for you, if however you want to sample a real czech bar then avoid this place like the plague, search out the quiet back street bars a few minutes walk from the city centre for a proper drink.

awful, went into it to watch a football game last year and the noise from the music deafened you, couln't hear yourself think, overpriced, slow service and everything I try to avoid when out drinking.
caters for the "Brits abroad" stag parties, so bewarned.

Like Dean_Pritchard, I visited when England were to play Rugby [the All Blacks game for us, on 04 November]. Not my scene at all.
We got in through the door, and our ears were assaulted by the volume of music and conversation. My wife lip-read 'No', and we left.

Obviously popular with those younger [or less concerned about their hearing] - but not for us, even if they do do sport on the box.
I'm not rating this - as we were only in there about ten seconds!

Had to suffer this place 'cause England were playing rugby and my girlfriend is a fan of egg-chasing. Mercifully, by the time we got there, England were losing so badly that she didn't want to stick around.

It's everything I avoid in a pub in England, pricey & loud. Why go abroad if this is what you like?

A horrible place. Why come to Prague if this is what you want??

Went here last week. Luckily they couldn't get the NI v England game on the screen! Good place to sit in the sun and people watch.

Be prepared for a loud and rowdy atmosphere. It seems that every stag party in Prague either starts here or passes through at some stage. An ideal meeting point in the old town square.Friendly and efficient service and a good reasonably priced menu.

A great "British" pub in Prague's Old Town Square. Always showing Sky Sports and is covered in British sporting memorabilia. The menu is typical British pub fare. Burgers, fish & chips, pies etc. Given that it is in the centre of Prague, it is not expensive. Friendly bar staff, table service and nice beer. I couldn't fault it.
