I was at a family wedding in the bar downstairs and it left a lot to be desired. The bar staff seemed clueless, although they did get their act together eventually. Still, the meal was over when the bride reminded them to put the wine on the tables. The meal itself was fine but vastly overpriced, as was the entire event. There was absolutely none of the professionalism and sense of ceremony that one would expect at a wedding reception, with no trained and professional staff member to oversee proceedings. I felt so sorry for the bride and groom. Avoid at all costs.

Very probably the worst bar I've ever been to. DJ playing rubbish music and telling the girls to "get their t*ts out", incompetent bar staff and extortionate prices. A sweaty meat market of immense proportions.

Awful place.
Pretentious and very, very, very expensive. 5 for a bottle of Magners?
Crap and not worth going to.

Went to this place last night to see some live music. I didnt find the music bad at all, but there were no ales of any kind and the Guinness was pretty average. What I did find was that the service was pretty poor. At one point a barman accidentally stuck a broken ashtray into my back!! I would probably go back for the music, but certainly not for a quiet pint.

Nice, darkly-lit pub/bar with a DJ and a late licence. Went there on Friday and had to pay three quid to get in. Unfortunately the music was awful, but I think it's usually quite good. Oh and Chris Evans was there.
