well what can i say , this pub has gone downhill since our last visits , food was terrible and got served drinks in plastic glasses and the venue had doormen on the doors .
if they need those sort of restrictions there must be something wrong , must be something to do with all the activity in the gents toilet cubicles .
what a shame that it has got this bad in a location like verwood.

new menu looks great , and now they have put on some promotions to save us money , great thing in these tight times

where else can you get an 8oz rump steak for�3.99 , i did not believe it , lovely menu with lots going on for all types , poker nights , curry and grill nights with a drink for around a fiver , even Wii games , great atmosphere , very friendly people , pool and darts in the bar.

great new menu , where else can you get a meal and a pudding for �3.95.....nice atmosphere , manager seems to of cleaned up the customer base......friendly staff and some good entertainment.

WOW. Have not been here in a couple of years, boy has it changed! The place looks loads better as does the menu. Staff are all very friendly, manager is ok, but i must say i miss rob and hannah behind the bar! Used to look forward to seeing them and the banter they gave, as nice as everything is now it seems kind of empty without them.

a pleasant pub ,with good food ,and real ales now stocking marstons (due to new ownership) and ringwood bitters.enjoyed the quiz on tuesday, not clicky like some rural pubs.

Have had a couple of very good meals here..staff very friendly even when its packed !! Handy if you're shopping locally as its right by Morrisons.

The new publicans and daughters are great, in fact all the people there are great! Excellent food (inluding the chip butties), good range of beers and friendly athmosphere. Full of local characters, a great place to visit.

Quality Pub
I drink in here most friday and sundays. good beer good service , good food and a good experiance. Well worth a visit.

This place was purpose built in the 80's by my parents and a consortium. I was too young to drink at that time.
Now 20 years later, 5 or so changes of management and a radical make over completed it's not half bad.
There are two separate sides to this place, a relaxed quieter lounge type bar where you can eat and drink with a bit of quiet and the other side called the sports bar where you can watch Sports on the big screen etc. Its food is ok, and the beer is about as good as its food. It's not a place to come for local Ale.
There is a dance floor in the sports bar side and they have live music and disco's most weekends.
As far as pubs in Verwood go it is quite different to any of the others, late license on Fri Sat nights as well.
