Lovely village and a decent pub / Hotel. Pricey and a little short of decent beers the food was good and the staff were very courtious.

Food is brill here :o)

The original pub still retains a wealth of original features although the addition of a huge new hotel/restarant have rather spoilt this village inn. The ale choice was limited and of course creamflows and largers are now more the norm. They did have one or two exciting ales in the old bar the last time I was in.

A good traditional village pub, apart from the awful modern extension which has been built. Good pub food if not a little pricey. Reasonable effort made with the ale but just lacking in knowledge.

A good village pub owend by Jim Austin. The food is good but rather expensive. The staff are friendly and the beer choice has improved. The only thing it needs is a little more atmosphere in the evenings.
