Decent pub. Was in here Saturday for the England game.It was all ticket(which were free).Very busy, but the bar staff were quick and efficient .And service with a smile. Doom bar was top drawer. All in all a great night in a great pub. Hadn't been in here for 20 odd years, but will certainly return

So the Red Cow is under new management... Whoopee!!. But so what if you have the same crap beer options as the previous management. One beer only in the shape of the god awful GK IPA Smooth flow sadly outweighs any pub food, good staff or friendly visit as a reason not to bother to visit. It may have escaped your notice New Red Cow Management, but this review site is called Beer in the evening.. So the beer is..... ????

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT: PUB FOOD NOW AVAILABLE, GOOD STAFF, FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE

Called in while waiting for the train at Cheshunt station last week. We had a dog with us and saw there were no dogs allowed inside which is fine so we headed for the beer garden at the back. We were told (by locals not the bar staff) no dogs allowed anywhere on the premises so we beat a retreat to the front outside where there are a couple of tables. Had a quick half which was OK, but a bit past it's best.

Good beer, but the place smells of twenty years of chip-fat/fags - food is average (I've never ever had a Hot Ceaser salad before - yoiks!!), but the bar staff are very friendly. Karaoke? Lucky enough to have never witnessed it here, but it was invented by the Japs, so let them do it badly instead and spare the rest of us please!

Really nice pub but they need jodie stone in there she is the best karaoke host around

Our favourite pub in Cheshunt. Unpretentious, down to earth and no bother.

nice little boozer actually went there for the england match the other day.

Low ceiling, small, and a secluded beer garden with ample parking too. Half the pub is a restaurant, popular with local workers and the carvery smells very inviting. Cheshunt BR station is 50 yards away. It's friendly here and civilised!
