Great little pub with good beer and pickled eggs. First time I have seen a jukebox which only plays banjo music.

smashing pub this great country bumkin atmosphere about yet still managing to look modern with its sheek looking furniture. pickled eggs all round for this one!.

I believe the vinegar used for the pickled eggs is a rare balsamic, which is matured for 18 years in oak casks in the Milan region. But hte pub still rocks, especially every Friday with Bubba and the Banchees live mobile discotheque! Lovely pint of lager top too!

A Good fun pub at which locals and non locals are equally welcome, worth a visit. However if you are into Pickled Eggs this pub is a must, I haven't tasted eggs like it anywhere else! If heaven was an egg it would live in the Pickled Egg Jar on The Merryboys bar.

Worth a visit for the pickled eggs alone ! The landlord is a complete nutcase and I agree with Steve the women behind the bar are well fit ! They also do live music and singers - no pikeys please !!!

I must agree with the pickled egg raving as they are to die for. The only Merry Boy you have to watch out for is a gent called Peter! He is lovely like the rest of the clientele.

Don't be put off by the name - it's not really full of Merry Boys, well not all the time! On a serious note, the pickled eggs are a must. I've got to get round to asking their chef what vinegar he uses, because they're some damn fine eggs!

Can't get enough of this place! Freindly locals, great beers and some gorgeous women behind the bar! Pool table and Dart board and you must try a pickled egg in a bag of cheese and onion crisps...

The best pub in village Peckham!! Lovely pint of country cider and top ambiance from the friendly locals; lots of sloping foreheads, big hands and chunky side burns (thats just the women!). Pickled eggs were second to none!
