Decent enough sort of pub serving a nice range of Ringwood ales. No special reason to go there, but also no reason not to. As it was the only one we visited in Ringwood I cannot make any comparison to other locals.

Ringwood Best, Summer K Lightning, Black Cat Cider. Nice Friendly Pub. Which was very warm. Pub Dog Friendly

Summer Lightning 3.50 now and can be like nector, but was not this eening, and some more upside down union flags.

Nice pub. Beer good, wine good, food good. Service with a smile, not a long wait and it's cosy as well. Loos are clean.
Not a pub to take the kids but there's The Fish Inn down the road for them.

The model of a well run pub to my mind. Well kept and constantly changing real ales, freshly cooked & imaginitive food, no slot machines, excellent atmosphere, well patronised by locals. Landlord knows about and cares about his beer, his wines and his food. B&B too.

The other people who have left comments must have been to a different pub. This is a friendly local pub, tastefully decorated with excellent and good value food; a great selection of wines and beers and - as it is all non-smoking now there is no problem with people being squashed! There is a small garden at the back. The landlord and his staff are friendly and professional and the pub is one of the most popular in Ringwood.

Very pleasant pub with Ringwood best and Thumper on tap. Thumper - now there's a beer to proud of!

This pub has has an excellent selection of real ales and some good winrs. Unfortunately, with aa few exceptions, most the customers are complete tossers.

Lame boozer big on ego's

Egg chasing on tv in the packed back bar whilst the front closed as all reserved wont have me rushing back here again.
|
Attactive enough pub with pleasant selection of locals, unfortunately all squeezed into the back bar because the front is no smoking. Doubles as a Chinese retaurant/take away. Not a place for the kids to go and enjoy themselves but fine for everyone else.

If you want to go into a pub to enjoy yourself then steer well clear of this pub!

A pleasant enough pub between Finn McCouls and Inn On The Furlong (both in price and distance). Comfortable bar, friendly locals, unusualy this is the kind of bar where you hope to be served by a barman rather than a barmaid as they seem to aware of courtesy rather than self-interest. Food is good with a leaning towards the orient. Mobiles are required to be on silent, but this should not bother you as the thick walls inhibit signals. Well appointed toilets. Front bar is virtually a restaurant. A variety of real ales, good wine selection. Newspapers for the bored. Outside tables in courtyard.
