Its all coming back to me after the previous comments! Wednesday night - what do you want? How about a bunch of pissed up students singing "We are the champions" on the Karaoke? How about nudey pics in the gents? Oh go on then! At last, a pub, thats open late with a good atmosphere. I would come back here in a heatbeat.

Okay so it might be a tad expensive when it comes to drinks, but you gotta remember that most of the entertainment is free and theres something on here every night.
Have nothing bad to say about the place.. friendly staff, a nice pint, good music - what more could you ask for! :)

Not a bit place. Bit expensive.

Over 9 for two pints of guinness and a Strongbow! Just because you can charge these prices doesn't make it right.

Great pub, Dave the landlord has done so much to promote live music in the town both in this pub and the 12 Bar, nice atmosphere, nice crowd of locals, friendly bar staff,

This pub gets my vote for having the least politically correct toilets in Swindon. (Think 1970's locker room pin ups).

One of only a handful of Swindon pubs that promote original live music. Always busy on the weekend, without being overrun. Limited real ales (2 I think), great jukebox, friendly staff, good service, good food. Not much wrong with the place really unless you don't mix with the indie, bikerish, studenty crowd but I think we're OK. There is something going on almost every night of the week, good effort by successive landlords (and landladies of course).

Recommended although I don't like it much as it's full of indie-kids with a-symetrical haircuts. The 90's are over god-damn it! Otherwise very good.

Quite a small place but always friendly. Never had a dodgy pint of anything in there, food is good with a large veggie menu. Live bands and film nights in the cellar bar throughout the week. Thoroughly reccomended.
