I have Just stayed at the Beaconsfield Arms for a few days, Which now has accommadation, the pub now has 5 letting rooms, The accommadation was clean, comfortable and affordable. They are also doing a valve 4 money food offer which consists of 5 meals priced at 2.99. The Full time member of staff Mark is Also a qualified chef and Has a special board all of which is home - made, I can also reccomend there Sunday Roasts! The beer price was great as well, Courage Best 2 a Pint, Fosters 2.30. I look forward to staying there again.

Supposed to be my local pub but have not touched the place in 2 years due to the amount of scumbags that frequent the place. It has now just closed down for a refurb with new owners (April 07) so we shall see if they can bring the place back upto scratch instead of it being used as a pool hall and asylum refuge.

Getting trashier by the week - it's like an audition for the Tricia show is being held there; Kids all over the place whilst their parents smoke, eff and blind, and generally ignore what the children are up too. No problem with kids in pubs - but not pubs full of smoke and pissed football fans, and not all day! (When do they get fed, played with or rested)?

It used to be a nice local with a proper log fire and a wonderfully efficient bar-staff.

Looks a bit "iffy" from the outside, but very nice inside. Clean and tidy with good service

Mr Q's chain pub. Good place to watch football on Sky, three good pool tables, reasonable-prices beers & friendly bar-staff. Also nice little garden for warmer times!
