Boarded up and looking gutted. More flats? A nice estate agency? Lets hope not...

This pub seems to currently be closed, probably for refurbishment as it isn't boarded up.

A reasonable enough pub but there is better nearby.

Quite a decent pub for food and prices (considering where it is ). Nice to sit/ stand outside on a Summers evening. Coming soon, can't wait.

Decent attractive pub (but what was with all the chillies?). Very quiet when we were there (Sunday Lunchtime). Lacking in atmosphere when compared to the nearby Nags Head and Grenadier but it had one great advantage over other nearby pubs like the Grouse & Claret and Horse & Groom in that it WAS actually open when we wanted a drink.

Well, what can I say about the turks head... After a long days shopping in Knightbridge, the Turks Head was a positive oasis from the madding crowd. VERITY we love you, the most attentive barmaid we have ever been served by, other establishments take note, the service provided here is second to none.
The food was delicious and service with a smile!
In short a contender for Pub of the Year 2005.

Verity we love you! (the best barmaid...ever!) Really great pub - management are top class - and the servive is second to none.
