This bar is incredible, great music, nice girls, wonderful atmosphere. Absolutely fantastic.

This is without doubt one of the worst bars in Nottingham, full of tarts who keep comging onto you even when you say no, most of the drinkers here don't look even 16. Staff aren't exactly welcoming either, awful experience, imtimidating, lots of chavs, avoid if you have any sense.

i'm 18 and i love this bar its got everything you could wish for on a night out... Great music well when im there at least....cheap drinks and plenty of fit ass birds. Defo a bar me and my mates go to on a night out in town. Recommended.

Bit of a chav bar and quite small. Busy at the bar, but all worth it for a few quick drinks to get the night going - Triples only �2.50!

I worked here for 3 weeks a few years ago & it was the worst drinking establishment I have ever had the misfortune to step into. At the end of each night the floor was awash with regurgitated alcopops & the remnants of peoples dignity.

City Bar serves its purpose, it gets you drunk (cheaply at that.)
start your night there and you are well away!!

Hi, My names Scott and I think Loz has been completly unfair about one of my favourite pubs! Me and the Gamston posse are regulars down at the City and thoroughly enjoy our talent spotting nights at the Karaoke challenge, we just love it, then down to the village, what a good night!

Quite frankly myself and all the gang from Gamston are regulars, enjoying the witty repartee of the Kareoke DJ, in fact it was only last week I thought I saw a star of the future. I managed to get her autograph, please look out for Shelly Ollocks, a real one for the future.

My mate Zac thinks it is a dreadful place but to me it reminds me of home. Good music & Vodka. Ideal for singing to. I used to practice table football here to improve my game
