Walking on the way to the tube and saw they had the barca/chelsea game on. Two fellas smoking in the doorway saw me look, explained the game and what the score was. Game in to read the papers and watch the remainder. Good Guinness and good atmosphere.

would love to know how this place is doing

What a great pub, well apart from the loos, come up Michael and George clean them up. Great craic friendly service and good bands even though sometimes they can be a bit loud. The only snags I have is the place could do with a bit of revamping and the picnic table could do to be replace, but that said great place for a great night.

A very nice small local pub on Boston Manor Parade.
The owner (Michael) and the staff (especially George) are very welcoming and friendly.
The place is packed when GAA games are on, which makes for an excellent atmosphere.
It's best point is that you can go for a quiet pint and read a paper. If not, you can engage in the banter amongst the staff and customers. Despite living near for a few years, I only started going in a few months ago and I was pleasantly surprised.
No real ale - but fantastic Guinness and a particularly good German larger (imported) on tap.
Live music on Sunday's as well
