Had some fun in this place some two or three years ago. You could do a lot worse if looking for a late bar in the immediate area.

Been to The Spot twice and it is definitely "the spot" to be on a Friday night after work. Fantastic music, great people, drinks a bit on the expensive side but you get what you pay for! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to let their hair down and be guaranteed of having a great night out.

beer was crap, too expensive, the gents was flooded and there was a load of puke on the stairs so overall was a good night.

I think the spot is a corker, the atmospehere is very relaxed and the only reason that the drinks may seem expensive is because after a certain time all spirits etc. are served as doubles. Brilliant on Sundays too with extremely talented singers who perform a number of different genres.

Great place to go after work, happy hour til seven and if you need somewhere to take over without booking, its pretty easy for a crowd of 15 to take over the side bar.
Get on down.
Oooh almost forgot one drawback. Crap lager in every bar but the side bar, only Grolsch and Carling, however then have Kronenpunch in the side bar - yay!

Small bar, never been allowed to get to the dance area at the back as there always seems to be a private party going on.

The staff are extremely friendly,especially the one called Junior!
he really looked after me and my friends when we got too tipsy!!
Good prices,great decor and atmosphere.Saturdays are pumping with great music,
and sundays highly recomended for live music with "real singers".
Customer service first class!! esp the male staff!
