Not really a review, but would love to organise party at The Belvedere. Anyone can provide their phone number? Thanks.

Now the Belvedere. London's first full-time polish pub run by a large chain. Nicely kitted out in a modern way. Nice bar service. They have Okocim on draft and a selection of other Polish beers but only in bottles. Plenty of Polish vodka's on offer. Wide ranging food menu but the Polish selection is limited and on a blackboard rather than part of the main menu. Mixed crowd and a nice local for Acton. Open late at weekends

This pub has re-opened! It has gone upmarket from the old Southern Cross, and is now called The Belvedere.

This pub has been shut & vacant for a while now

Do not enter this pub unless you are antipodean and enjoy casual sexism, shouting and spilling your beer.

Saw a great band here called THREE on 9th September. Three lads played a great range of music and got everyone up on their feet.

looking at the comment made by mike b id say you were a complete pilock! i worked there the only reason it was heaving all the time was because there was alot of nasty stuff going on.and judging by your comments id say you were one of those people! it isnt the best pub in the world but with friendly people and nice atmosphere what more would you want?if some like that is going to make spitful comments then im sure the management doesnt want some like MIKE B in there anyway so good ridence to you!!!!!!!!

reading the comment from Mick B on 10 october 2004, i'd very much doubt if this bloke has ever been to the southern cross. We've been going here for well over a year now and it's still as good as it ever was. Fantastic live music on Friday nights, Great party music with the DJ on saturdays and the sunday session has only improved with amazing drink offers and the 3 sunday roast always going down a treat. Highly recommended for a wicked night out

We used to go here every Friday and Saturday night and guaranteed great live music and a wicked night out, the Sunday session was always a good one too. We heard that management changed and the is now a pile of POO POO!!! I would not be suprised if the company goes bankrupt and the pub closes down.

Its a great place to go for a good laugh and a drink. Too many English pubs have far too much attitude in them, and fights far too often. makes me sick. This place is full of great ppl who just want to have fun. Prefered the name The Front Room!! Southern Cross is not good!

This has now changed its name again to the Southern Cross it would appear. Say no more...
