Had a refit and a name change, going to call itself 62nd&(something). It isn't really something, it's just that I forgot what the last part is. sorry.

Friendly staff always has a good atmosphere a little on the expensive side (but it is clapham) but in saying that it is alot better than alot of the bars on clapham high street.

Not bad at all - but nothing particularly special.
Interesting to think that US strategic military defence is coordinated from this bar.

i've been to pentagon a few times now, and every time i've been its been a funny and messy ole' nite!..the bar staff are friendly and the measures are very generous!the musics laid back but gets goin depending on days etc, good for a date during the week and cool for a bender with your friends on a friday n' sunday, the crowd is nicely varied and there always is some random characters..the only critisism is because pentagons got a late license on a weekend it is pretty heaving after closing time and as its kinda cosy can get slighty claustaphobic...but by then u dont really care do u?

My mates and I went to Pentagon in Clapham at the weekend (Saturday). I've been before and have had some good nights out there. When we were walking in the guys on the door asked us to hold off for a bit as the place was pretty full. The doormen were the nicest, funniest and downright coolest guys we met all evening. Really funny. All I can say is that everyone should make the effort to talk to the blokes on the door. Not only will it put you in a good mood for the rest of the evening but it'll also pay off when they buy you a drink at the end of the night after a cool night lounging and listening to the top DJs. What a result!
