This place is now known as Mint, and appears to be recently under new management. If it's not new management, there is definitely a change in the place. The staff here now are very pleasant, and there is a widde range of cocktails (�3.90 per cocktail from 5.30 - 7.30pm Mon - Fri), as well as the usual Kronenberg, Magners etc. Service is not fast, but again, compared to a year ago, is much much better.
Food is good but perhaps a bit on the pricey side, although a two for one offer on Mondays is good value.

The pub formerly known as the Genevieve hasn't been Baroque for some time.
It is now trading as "Mint", but still seems to be more of a bar than a pub.

I loathe this place. Its trying very hard to be cool and is so wide of the mark. Unpleasant cold feeling due to crap wannabe decor, ordered some satay chicken once and it smelt of poo. This is the sort of place that should only be open in Croydon and is a classic example of the permanent malaise that this High Road is in.

Magnificent bar. Lots of comfy seating and standing room. Very well kept, very cold beer, served by peachy-bottomed girls with sexy foreign accents. After a few drinks in here it's always a bit of a surprise when you leave to find yourself on Streatham High Road.
Heartily recommended.

Great bar. Big sofas, dark decor, cool lighting, great food at cheap prices, nice barmaids... are we really in Streatham? The best around for sure.

Well, I lived in streatham all my life & I love it! This is a diverse place with cocktail drinkers, wannabe's, city folk, chav's and all the glory of streatham if you like your world to be served real with a moijito on the side this is the place 4 U.

Very sassy,funky vibe; non-stop quality tunes from every era. I never expected to find a place like this in this area. Reasonably priced cocktails, though taste so good that your wallet ends up far lighter than when you walked in.
Like the swiss steroid superstar 'd say; I'll be back!

Oooooooooh it's trendy. I liked it, but then I was in the mood for a cocktail bar with reserved signs on the best seats. Nice cocktails, good food, waitress service, dark and comfy decor for the tres fashionable, and you pay for the priviledge but it didn't break the bank.

Over-priced, unsafe and arrogant.
The only saving grace is their fantastic cocktails and couches.

Fantastic bar with a very relaxed atmosphere. Great staff, great food, great cocktails and comfy sofas - what more can you ask for. I would definitely recommend this place as it's by far the best bar in the area.
Oh, and they make the best raspberry cosmopolitans

Awful, the bouncers don't have any control, threw my brother out because we wanted to celebrate my sisters birthday. The worst thing, is they are selective and will make you wait on the managers order which is incompetent. Avoid this place at your peril and goto the more decent friendly places a few doors down.

Great sunday lunch and friendly staff. bit pricey but always bang on for decent cocktails. the ideal place to bring a bird in Streatham - Sofas and lighting top drawer, knowoorimean?
