I went to this bar on the weekend and had a great time. The blagclub is fun bar typical of the local area. No dress code or attitude on the door, this is a breath of fresh air from the pretentious bar/clubs in the west end. Recommended

Wicked little venue for a quiet drink a the start of the night - but it really picks up into a party club later in the evening - i recommend you sit through the whole night and have a blast.

We had a great time for my birthday. It was organised by the office and then on the night the manager was very friendly and helpful and treated us to a free bottle of bubbly. Nice touch blagclub! The music was also great. Next time it would be great to try the Holland Park venue!

Everything went so smoothly - the area was great, the staff very attentive and not in the least bit pretentious, and the music just right. All of my guests commented on what a lovely place it was, and we all had such a great time.
We will be back again very soon.

We had an absolutely fantastic evening and everyone could not have been more helpful. The bar staff were delightful, the music was great and Daniella and her team were just amazing. Everyone said what a great venue it was, and i think we packed the place out. Many thanks once again - we will definitely be recommending the blag to anyone looking to host a party.

I was disppointed by the management at this establishment. My friends and I had organised a massive party on guestlist and had high hopes for the night having seen the venue and meeting with the manager. However, we were bitterly disappointed. Planning throughout suffered from miscommunication, and our large majority crowd was confined to a third of the area of the club. The management was rude and disrespectful to my guest (the birthday girl! who left upset!), and the dj was really rude - refusing to accept any requests and insisting only on playing rock. It wasn't until we had the managment sweet talk her into playing some party tunes did she do so.
It's a nice place, but shame about the management. I would not choose to have another party there. Had there been an option to move my party to another venue that could accomodate us that same night, I would've done so in a second. I would NOT recommend this place.

Unbelievably bad, super expensive shitehole, frequented by Hoorays and there slappers. Not that good when it was the Gate Club, far worse now.

Used to be the Gate Club- Notting Hills only late night gay bar - untill the manager did the dirty on his regulars and sold up. When reopened, the previous customers were denied entrance as the new manager (who had stated that things would remain as they always were)decided that:quote" I dont want any more queers coming in through these doors"unquote. Sour grapes maybe, but in an area like Notting Hill,& in the 21st century, not on at all. A big fat 0/10

something tells me the guy below works there?? Great location, design and staff, but like much of Notting Hill full of pretentious (rich trust funded) mullet haired, cut-off skirt tossers
