To reopened �Snooty Fox� six o�clock yesterday for tea.
It was never haute cuisine here but, with rare exceptions, enjoyable and excellent value.
Now a bit pricier with some menu oddities but also old favourites.
Warm beef/horseradish baguette (prawn for Sandra) with chips/salad, plus a pint.
Substantial, tasty (�real� chips) and only a quid more than Wetherspoons!
Still no proper beer though � but I was informed it�s coming. Good.
One recurring complaint is receiving attention � toilets currently being renovated Presently excellent portaloos in carpark � but why �Gents� sign on INSIDE of door?

The Snooty Fox has recently re-opened after being closed for a few months, food is excellant and home cooked with plenty of choice - new owners are very welcoming and the pub is in a beautiful setting. Clean and very friendly place.

Meals were served efficiently and staff were friendly
My wife hd thcarvery s her choice and she was well pleased
Toilets could do with a bit of attention though

My partner and I have eaten at this pub on several occasions in the last few months. We have always been served by clean and friendly staff and the food has been wonderful. It is excellent value for money and very tasty. A great pub to eat or enjoy a really nice coffee by the river.

Food TERRIBLE - this place goes for quantity not quality. Masses of overcooked greying cabbage and sloppy cauliflower cheese, meat average served by filthiest looking cook/chef? have ever seen. Disgusting. Other diners weren't impressed either. Place bombarded with young tarts and drunken gits staggering past & knocking into our table. And if that isn't enough to put anyone off - the toilets will!! (restaurant just off corridor to toilets which stank of sick).
