Pub is closing down Aug 16th. Was a worthwhile establishment, but since No.8 has been done up, most punters go there.

Leah and Ian ran the pub from Aug 06 to March 07

Does anyone remember leah and ian? ran this place for about a year...

Not a very inspiring place, but it was about the only proper (i.e. non dingy shopfront) pub I saw after a trek up from Willesden Green station - a very pub-free area. A couple of handpumps but no real ale in evidence. Friendly service from what I presume was the landlord. Jukebox was playing an unusual but listenable mixture of hits.

are they still playing the same tunes for the kids?

excellent pub catering for the more discerning customer who enjoy quality beer and food in a traditional pub. The kids now go to No.8 round the corner to hear that hard house techno whatever.

worked there for two weeks and it's an absolute hell hole. it's a shame as the staff are quality and the locals are friendly. Just the idiots that hover round the pool tables and toilets vandalising everything within reach. DON'T EVER GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Crown is dead dude, I walked past on the weekend and noone. Everyone goes to No 8 innit. They need new management and a complete rehaul.

How many changes have we seen here at this local Crown??? Managers coming and going but i think we have got a permanent one here now, and whats with all the scaffolding out the front - looks like they are finally tarting this place up. Anyone know what plans are in store for the place - could be a really nice boozer. If anyone knows whats happening here let us know - I definately think this place has the potential of being the best Pub in the area - Good prices too! And a garden!

The Crown is great on a Sunday with a big group of mates playing pool. Will be even better when the sun starts shining in the beer garden, which is a decent size as well. Only the music during the day could be better due to it playing old juke box styles. Nice one, def recommend it.

Went there on Easter Monday was good for a relaxing pint in the beer garden and then for a game of pool. Doesn't compare to the Cricklewood Crown though.

i hate this place.a classless boozer with the bottom end of the antipodean market it seems.can get busy on saturdays though.music offer is hard house that was cool about 1990- enough said.the governor is a nice bloke though.
