Liked the atmosphere when walked in although it did stink. Order a pint for £3.30 then was offered a reasonable deal of 2 pints for £5, and they would leave the second in the pump for me. Went back for the 2nd pint to find there was no pint for me, and I would need to find the person that served me, but they were not there. So, looks like I paid £5 a pint that was not the best. Not be back there.

Disgusting to be hosting the EDL there tomorrow (sat 25th May). Will no longer be getting my custom.

A novelty when it first opened, but now very shabby. Beer is nothing special either.
Avoid.

I get away with the odd one in Gotham. Never changed since the day it opened.

Ok early (when quiet) but only once for a look at the (gothic) design. No real ales, troublesome when busy though staff dealt well with such incidents. Far better pubs and bars nearby.

Does smell so god knows how worse it will be after the smoking ban,toilets are quite scary in this dimly lit gothic place,but still well worth a visit if just comin off the train,if only 4 the amazin design 7/10

Nipped into this place before catching a train and I thought it was great. Maybe a little smelly, but awesome decorations and not too expensive booze. Result.

Just grim-has strange lighting so if you stand in a certain place your Guiness looks green. I would give it the swerve unless you are into sub-Batman gothic!

There are a couple of elaborately carved wooden thrones here. You can sit on 'em. And wonder why your spending time in a place like this.

this is our pre concert bar who ever is on at the arena there music is played here seen green day and the phonics and it set us right up cheep doubles and trebles

Well this was my usual hang out after college but to be honest its gone down hill since then. Its not very clean and doesnt have a very good atmosphere
