long time gone now but have to agree with all that has been said before we only went in here on our crawl [pub number 2] to have a laugh to see how bad it was getting after each vist the landlord was like les the landlord from men behaving badly. a truly awful pub all round but was worth a look in to see how bad a pub could get.WIPE YOUR FEET ON THE WAY OUT

I do not know anything more to say about this shit hole that has not already been said. Dire chip board pub now says 'England Merry England' on top of the previous comment.
Dire interior, dire clientele. Close please! All the oiks inside can filter off to the offy and then to their park bench

The only thing that is missing here is a stripper on Friday lunchtimes. Horrible looking from the outside which is matched by both the interior, and the clientele. One of the few pubs I've ever gone into and then done a very quick 180 degree turn.
Someone should report the sign outside to the Council.

Agreed with the comment below. That chalk sign is still there as far as I know. Seems to cater to the small minded bigoted patriots of the area who wave their England flags when we win and kick in England's shop windows when we lose. New chalk sign added last few weeks... "WE NOW SERVE FOSTERS". Right, I'm definitely leaving.

Dire, chipboard pub for horrible old people and a dwindling number of punters from the estate behind. Chalk sign put up for St George's Day: "England, love it or leave it." If the Old Friends is England, I'm off.
