So 5 large glasses of wine comes to 35 + - will be giving this place a big swerve from now on !

Great pub we went in here for cashmere's birthday before we went over road for spaghetti Bol. The only complaint I have was that the barmaids could not pour a pint. Old Two Flush, also noticed that she got a shandy pour all backwards, then again me and Spanish reckon what that moobed clown don't know could fill an oliphant's larder. Nice beer garden. Didn't notice anyone there that would qualify for a boonbastic sesh; all under 40

The best fry-up east of the River Wey.

Blinding local! Have had drinks in most pubs in weybridge and have to say that this on has got it right. The balance of good food but not gastro...good beer but not 'blokes drinking hole'. Tellies with sport...but not a 'football pub' (no football strips allowed to be worn). Live entertainment with poker nights etc. but not loud over bearing one man with guitar. All in all the landlord of over a year now has nailed it.

Newly taken over and refurbished this place is getting better and better. Food is great, home made and well priced. And though it's one of the cheapest drinks in the area the beer is still quality. And it also offers a great range in wines. Lovely beer garden, loads of events including hogroasts in the summer and live music it's a fave of mine

love this place, go whenever i can on the weekends, friendly bar staff and a good atmos. traditional but not, if you know what i mean. has the traditional local feel, but has all the sky sports and what not modern stuff to boot. all in all a good old pub to go for a few jars in!

Visited the newly refurbished Flintgate at the weekend and what a difference, the place is looking really good and am impressed with the good-sized beer garden plenty of tables to enjoy the summer. Food was good and the staff really friendly, will definately be going back.

Currently closed for refurbishment. We just missed it!

A very friendly pub which looks like it is closing for a refurb in the next couple of weeks, I hope they do it well as the garden bar and large interior have the makings of a great local pub for the area, will let you know how things turn out.....

Very friendly, very smoky (well until 1 July).

I was a little apprehensive about going to this pub as I had heard mixed reviews however I was pleasently surprised about the ever so friendly staff and the size of the pub. It has not been busy the times I have been and have always been able to get a spot of a game in on the pool table.. so that was quite nice.
It's a nice pub to get away from it all and have a good laugh with some friends. however I would not take my mother there.. lol

Nice friendly atmosphere and serve a good pint. Good for the football.

Used to be very dodgy but now seems to have cleaned itself up, which will be a good or bad thing depending on individual taste... It's also done time as a Pickled Newt in recent years.
