Unfortunately I am unable to review this pub as the doorman wanted a pound to let me in. Fair enough maybe if it was late on a Friday or Saturday, but at 9:30pm on a Thursday evening? No thank-you.

Terrible pub avoid like the plague.
The barmaid was rodent-like and had the personality of a carpet sample. The beer tasted like pond water and the khazi is decorated in comic book pages.
I hope this place burns down

I've been to plenty of scream pubs around the country and this one is certainly up there as the worse. Dark, dingy and just not very pleasant.

Obviously not "the best pub in Bristol". It's just another Scream dive, poor beer, poor food, poor atmosphere. Yeah I'll agree it's the same as any scream in London but that's not a good thing. The sort of place where the floors are always a bit sticky, and the tables smeared with someone's burger remains. Good beer? You could get better tasting stuff out of the drain. And what's the fascination with the Yellow Card? You have the buy the thing first.

New manager 22nd Sept. Mark Loadsa experience in London scream, good beer good grub no trouble accepted in smoke should be same in Bristol - safe

Cool pub, but completely PACKED full of gangster wannabes and students. the students, OH MY GOD! ALL of em stealing all the seats and not buying drinks couse they cant afford it, just taking up all the space, and those who DO have money, its one drink between TEN of them with a straw each, GET OUT!. nice pub tho. 7/10 -students and gangsters

I LOVE this pub! It is the best pub in Bristol in my opinion, only if you're quite young though! (Not too young, obvoiusly) It is a 'scream' pub, like alot of Bristol pubs, if you have a Yellow card, which you can get in any scream pub, drinks are much cheaper! Which is never a bad thing!!

Nice pub which gets plenty of early visitors stopping off after work (sorting office nearby since lots of postmen?).
Handy for Broadmead shopping centre (if you get fed up shopping, tell the wife/girlfriend/husband/boyfiend to meet you here when they've finished!)
