I went here for the actually very nice 2-for-1 cocktails... only to find that every single empty table- and there were many- had a "RESERVED" sign on it. We got told off for sitting at one and moved to another where we hoped the manager wouldn't spot us before finishing our drinks and leaving, with all of these tables still empty. I gather there was a comedy night on later that evening but the owners seemed to have overestimated the turnout and the barman didn't warn us that we wouldn't be able to sit down before mixing our drinks and taking our money. We drank up and left for The Mulberry Bush and it looked like a lot of other people were getting fed up of standing by the bar and drinking up very quickly.
Other than that the service was friendly and the cocktails were great for the price- the gin mojito especially. Other than that it's exactly what you'd expect- a standard chain pub where people go for the cheap drinks rather than the atmosphere. I'd go again but I'd make sure there was somewhere to sit before ordering.

On my visits here I have noticed that this place seems to mainly cater for groups of woman drinking orange juice or coke. I�ve only been in twice and the second time was because I had found out on my first visit that the toilet is next to the entrance so I could have a leak in there after getting off the train at Waterloo.
I will visit here again next time I�m caught short.

Service better than the All Bar One next door. The pint of black stuff was ok, if not cheap.
Venue itself seemed abit tired.
Wine deals seemed quite good if that's your thing but didn't stay past my pint.

WHAT AN AMAZING PLACE-GREAT SERVICE,REALLY FRIENDLY STAFF, MOUTH WATERING FOOD, EXCELLENT RANGE OF LAGERS ETC AND MOST OF ALL EXCEPTIONAL VALUE FOR MONEY!!!! WOULD ADVICE ANYONE IN THE AREA WHETHER YOUR A TOURIST OR LIVE LOCALLY TO GO THERE-YOU'LL NEVER WANNA GO ANYWHERE ELSE. A DEFINATE 11 OUT OF 10 FROM ME!!!!

'Had' to go in here to meet a group prior to a do at the aquarium. Pretty dire, from prices, to service to ability to get a drink in under 10 minutes. Predictably there was no draught ale either, but then I wasn't really expecting it. Felt kind of grubby too... The All-bar-one next door is less bad

Been in here a few times, probably more when it was a bar med. Nothing to write home about really. The only good point is that it's usually quiet so you can get served quickly and also use the pool tables.

Been in once, when the All Bar One next door was mobbed. Fairly garishly decorated 'Spanish' style pub, or is it Mexican - not too sure. Lots of vegas style lights, and kept at a temperature of at least 100F.
Only if desperate.
