Now changed its name and rebranded for, fourth time is it now?
Only one ale on when we visited. New décor was 'urban industrial' I'd say, bit different anyway and an improvement on the faux pub look of before. TVs everywhere were on at an overly loud volume though so we only had the one and left.

Seem to be doing better on keeping a choice of two beers on at least which is an improvement. The music/TV tends to be ramped up a little loud for my taste but you can normally get served without too much of a wait so at that end of town its about the best there is at the moment.

Nice refit, but they never seem to have any beers on, despite displaying a wide range. I'd had this problem before Christmas and gave up on the place, tried it again today and just the same, the staff are all miserable as sin and/or confused with things, its a real shame. How difficult is is if you are a pub to serve and sell the beers you advertise as available?

Called in twice, to the Grapevine as it is now, over the last two weeks. Both times no ales on at all! A real shame to see all that investment in a pubs decor and then to fail at selling beer.

After getting quite excited at a good range of real ales in a pleasant environment with firendly staff on the High Street recent weeks have seen the selection available to be pretty sparse with only a choice of one or two beers.
This weekend they had no ales on at all when we called in. Very disappointing to see so much effort and money spent on the recent refit only to be unable to deliver beer to their customers.

Called in this week and a couple of decent beers on tap, well priced too. Might actually end up being the best boozer ont he High Street.

Rebranded after a year or so to 'The Grapevine' Interior a little brighter than before, though basically the same. New rooftop terrace added which is very nice. Not much choice on the beer front and didn't try the food after being unimpressed in the past.
