There was a change of management for this pub in 2011 and many improvements have since been made. Food is now served daily, including great Sunday lunches between 12-4pm. As mentioned by a previous comment - IPA is no longer served having been replaced by DoomBar. The staff have largely all been replaced and retrained. Happy Hour remains - prices from £2.60 on all pints from 12 - 8pm daily (except Pompey FC home games) and offers on bottles of wine. The pub prides itself on being a friendly pub at all times and is an ideal meeting place for football supporters, both home and away.

8.5 for one of the worse pubs i've ever been in, you stick to the floor, only had greed kerchink ipa on, undrinkable tried a guinness instead, only time i've ever been served it with no head on, left it and the pub forever, how do pubs like this survive when there are so many good pubs in Southsea?
