A hole of a pub, in a hole of a town.

If you want to spend time with rough drunk people head here! The sound of their drunken frolics & not infrequent brawls can be heard from early evening till late at night. This really is so far removed from the warm & welcoming image of a British pub.

One to avoid I would say

Good fun, freindly atmosphere, a nice family garden with swings and playing area. They did a Hog roast that went down well and I will be going to the next one on November 3rd.The sunday Quiz was a good laugh with Prizes and a Raffle. the D.J.( Andy Spires)does his job well. All in all I had a great time ! Thanks to the landlady Sylvia...

This pub is a typical local/working mans pub, although some girls do frequent the place! It will be the best, most fun drinking sesh you have had, as long as you are not easily offended! spit & sawdust but friendly....Sundays are particulary good, quiz and karaoke!
