Closed for sometime, burn out by a fire apparently. A shame.

Brilliant place, cosy interior with cushions and low lighting, plus some interesting wines. An eclectic gig list, they were promising live drum and bass the night after I went!
Naguilahs create a truly special atmosphere, get there before the smoking ban to enjoy it!

one of the coolest joints you will find around, mind the pun! but a great new take on the traditional pub good to see a place like this last so long. I first enjoyed cafe ciro in 97 and hope to see it go from strength to strength.

Fantastic, full of character, very friendly staff. If you're looking for something different this is it. Excellent for chilling out with some friends on a Sunday afternoon with some alcohol and a hookah pipe or two.

Found this place 2 weeks ago after a jaunt down Landor Road. 3.50 for a double Stoli and coke, food available upstairs, lovely staff and laid back clientele. Can't vouch for food, but venue is full of character despite not being in the sharpest of conditions. The basement lounge seats about 30 and has dark cubby holes full of cushions in case you need to get horizontal - plus on Sat nights you can expect deep house grooves from the dj...No doubt you could book it for an intimate party affair. Look out for the huge rotor-like fan - it'll provide all the breeze you need if it gets too smokey...

Is this a pub or just a bar? Does it matter? This place really is a fantastic venue. The decor is Arabic as you would expect from the name. From the front you might mistake it for an ordinary terraced house but once inside you are transported to the Casbah. The basement and backroom have comfy cushions to sit on the floor and you can even try a hookah pipe. Only minus is that the only beer is bottled and not draught. If you are into something a bit different check this place out.
