Griffin Inn, Felinfachback to pub details please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.
I was left unimpressed by this pub. During our visit, there were 2 real ales - Wye Valley HPA and Breconshire Naked Beacon. The latter was clearly off, but was replaced without any fuss. Whilst I can't comment on the quality of the food, the price appeared excessive. I was also put off by all of the dirty glasses on the tables. There were very few customers in the pub and 2 bar staff, who showed no interest in clearing the tables. The clientele could only be described as 'stuffy'. A couple of decent bottled ciders was the only plus point for me.

great food, great beer, cosy atmosphere, only downside is it's a little of the beaten track. In the winter with the large fires and the local dog it's a warm and comfortable place to have a drink. Highly recomended.

very relaxed warm and welcoming place for lunch. Service is sometimes slow but the food is worth waiting for.

In my opinion, this is one of the worst pubs in Wales. The food is awful and the service is appalling. Not only over-priced and over-rated but have the meanest chef I have ever experienced - YUK! Aug 2004

Brilliant Pub! Superb evening food at very good prices, excellent wine list, and the beer is great too! The rooms are simply furnished, but of the highest quality. Full English Breakfast is wonderful, but the portions could be a little larger. The guys who run it are as mad as Fish (in the nicest possible way)!
