This is a horrible place! We had booked for a large party of over thirty people and all paid forty pounds in advance for our meal and entry. The place was so packed that no-one could move and the people in there were very drunk and aggresive. People unashamedly bash into you constantly. The men assume they can grab girls and leer all over them. An hour and a half after our reservation was meant to be they still hadn't seated us. In the end they cancelled our booking and effectively ruined our party as we were all starving and miserable by this point. The bouncers add to the aggression by ignoring the very drunken louts but shouting at girls if they dare pause to long on a stair. And the drinks are veeery expensive. I have never had a more miserable night out in London anywhere.

Worth a visit if you want to stay out late in London - get there early and there's no door charge. Also, has a restaurant, a bar area and a club downstairs so handy for groups. Easy to book an area/get on guest list and staff were friendly when we did.
Food in the restaurant is really good actually, worth a try.
Bad points? It is ridiculously expensive. Honestly eye watering. I know in London you expect to pay a bit more but this is just silly. They serve (and charge you for) doubles unless you SPECIFY and the glasses are so small you could drink it in one... good trick, gets you back to the (ENORMOUS) queue for the bar.
They also CRAM you in, sometimes you can barely move. Saturdays it is a total cattle market, with men leering from the edge of the dancefloor. It can be REALLY uncomfortable.
And the women they put in the loo's, where on earth do you get these people from?!! They are SO rude!! I mean honestly, how dare I use a toilet and not pay for the privelege of being handed a paper towel!!
Thursday and Friday's are best, normal after work crowd. Saturdays are for 'try hards'.

My friend booked a booth and paid his deposit and had had his booking confirmed 2 hours prior to our arrival. Upon our arrival, we were told we couldn't come in because there was a private function going on and as they'd paid more than us there was nothing we could do. We were told, to go to Wax or Digress, where we would recieve the service we'd paid for at Loop. We were also told Wax were expecting us and had a booth and food waiting. We go to Wax, who were not expecting us and we're treated well by the staff. As a result of the last minute chang, most of the party who were joining us later never made it and my friends birthday was ruined.

First time at this venue was on New Years eve! Supposed to be a James Bond theme night but not many really dressed up for this - shame as those who did really looked good! Place was crammed with people, we were all shoved in like sardines, it was rumoured that the Door men were taking over 100 on the door to let people in, When we only payed 20 each for tickets! Drinks were outrageously expensive - 14 for 2 Gin and Tonics! although we expected to pay alot for the night, this just seems stupid! The real only let down was the poor bar service of only three people serving on NYE! Overall - too many people in one place Service extremely slow drinks overpriced - which is a shame as the venue looks really modern and contemporary and i wouldnt hesitate to go along for a bite to eat on a normal day.

Happy hour is a waste of time and money. Jugs of cocktails only had 4 shots in total. Overpriced even at happy hour.
In the toilets you're greeted by someone who gets p1ssed off if you dont give them at least a pound for them to hand you a paper towel. Unfriendly.
On friday the entire seating area on the middle floor was reserved, with only a handful of people using them. Most people had to stand with their drinks and surrounded by empty seats.

My Saturday night experience -->
To much testosterone on the bottom floor (the club/dance area) with some 'nearly fights' close to happening. Bouncers observational skills clearly lacking because I saw a few people that should have been kicked out for causing trouble (like one bloke blatently spilling his drink on people and then eyeballing them if they took exception).
It's a cheesy and typical 'west end' venue, with a lot of Beckham wannabe's, bad 90's commercial radio techno, and all the blokes and ladies seemingly having shopped at the same place (River Island perhaps?).
Bar service I found wasn't that bad, but then I only went to the bar twice, but the drinks prices were ridiculous (about 9.30 for a Vodka Redbull!!!).
If you like the shallow west-end vibe and geezers up for a bit of biffo, then you'll love this place....especially the dance floor / nightclub area.

Without doubt the best late night bar/club in the city of London.
Polite staff (even the door staff), efficient staff and even the sweaty clientele body-popping inside are much nicer than counterparts in other London clubs.
Built over 3 floors, there's a wine bar with a more open bar downstairs and the bottom storey is the club.
Great for meeting, drinking and dancing like crazy.
The Best club in London by far.

I work around the corner from the Loop, now...while it is a fantastic place for lunch (very cheap special menu!) the service is atrocious... Slow is not the word... not moving better describes it! for drinks in the evening it is a great place to have so near to the office & the club is always good for a laugh!

The Loop is great, on three floors the top floor has a bar feel to it. In the second bar (1 floor down) you can enjoy some food and cocktails in a nice atmosphere with music and wait for the dance floor to open on the next floor down. It's a complete cheese fest music wise but a great night out whether it's with the girlies or in a group. Get there in time for Happy Hour to set your night up a treat!

Well, I went to this venue based on reviews held here in...yes totty, yes, totty, and yes more totty, it was a mix of milf, to britney wannab's, anyone who considers pampers wearing fodder, this is not the place for you. Alas as in most bars in london...the service was total pants. slow & don't even ask for a cocktail. I asked for a White Russion, and was asked what's in that mate?..yes...?!! These people would make Niagra dry up they were so slow serving, and that's when they did know what you wanted...

I've been to this bar on several occasions. From when it opened 4 years ago to just last month. And it hasn't changed a great deal since. Sure the music is cheesy top 40. But that's what girls like to dance to after a long week at work. And the great thing about this bar is there is always loads of girls. Label it a meet market if you wish, but if you are single on a Friday night I couldn't recommend this place more. You know what to expect so come on down and enjoy it. Before you know it you'll be 3 floors down drinking with a smile on your face, dancing to Justin Timberlake and chatting to the lovely ladies with similar ideas. Having a good time.

How can I explain this best? A few years ago, my mate Jamie and I were tiring of the Soho rat run so decided to have a Saturday crawling our way around the Bond St pubs.
After a few quiet places, we chanced upon Loop and nipped in. It seemed ok if a little crowded and we necked a quick beverage about to leave when Jamie reminded us both of the need to use the conveniences. We walked downstairs and the remarkable sight of yet another level below heaving with fit blart brought tears to our eyes. I think there was a further level below that, but by that time, we'd stayed put and began to drink heavily.
There may have been a further 15 levels and a shuttle to Amsterdam for all I can remember. Happy days.
