Top pub, the landlord and landlady have been here now for several years and having taken over a badly maintained run down pub they are gradually turning it around. The pub now has a lovely new look on the outside and the inside is now getting refurbished bit by bit. Considering that most pubs are getting closed down, to see a pub being gradually improved is a real pleasure.

Still going in this pub well over a year after popping in for the first time, still drinking the London Pride and still impressed with the friendly atmosphere. Love the Thursday Quiz and now play darts there with one the many teams they have.

Popped into The Foresters the other day and was very pleasantly surprised, very friendly staff and customers and they did a damn good London Pride and a good selection of other beers.

i walked past the pub the other day, i know you shouldnt judge a book by its cover, but you shouldnt enter a pub where the windows are so grimmey that you cant see in.
