Again a proper local. Great location by the canel. Great area to sit in the sun. Lots of space at Beer festival with 2 bars operating great live music in evenings.

Poped in for Sunday lunch and a pint, meal was really nice, with plesent surroundings by the canal made for a relaxing hour of so.

Pretentious as hell. Go to the Two boats on the other side of the canal - we did!

Had lunch here on Saturday...hazy sunshine...a PROPER Ploughman's, with plenty of Cheddar to make the health nazi's wince, and a couple of pints of very well kept Purity Ale's 'Ubu" Very pleasant!!

We have a new landlord at The Cuttle Inn, with exciting ideas to enhance the potential of this beautifully situated canalside pub.

The Cuttle Inn is having achange of ownership on the 11 augast 2008 and the new owners are Chris and Sue Lee with son Philip and daughter Joanne . We have been in the trade for some 26 years in Nottingham , Quorn , Loughborough , Crick , Barrow upon Soar , Sileby , Quorn again , and Loughborough again . Once in we would like to put in a kitchen and provide meals both lunch time and evenings , also decorate and refurbish the premis . Outside we propose to build a patio at the front of the pub and a waterside seating area on the canal edge and maybe a garden bar .
