STILL being turned into flats 4 years on..... I can only assume a cashflow problem. Or is this is a case of divine intervention and fate is willing this to be turned back into a pub?!?!

This was may auties pub and my grandparents owned it before then. This has been in the family for about 15 years. Yes it has now been sold to be turned into flats.
When my grandad had it, he worked really hard and it was doing well for years. It was a pub for fishermen and workmen, had its regulars and had a lovely welcome feel to it. Unfortunatley it went down hill in the last 3-4 years. My auntie bought the pub but it just wasnt doing so well anymore which resulted in the sale.
I will miss that place. It holds a lot of memories.x

A salty pub with a pool table. The land lord does B&B but is mainly frequnted with locals.
