Right by Wolwich Arsenal station, and sells decent quality ale for £2.50. (Master Brew, Doom Bar). Lager cost substantially more (£3.65 ish). Always shows racing on the TV screens, but sound off. Toilets are hilarious.

up and running again, saw hurling advertised the other day so I presume it's still Irish themed

not seen any activity in here for the last couple of weeks, not sure if it's closed down or undergoing a refurb or what

One of those pubs with an off-putting exterior but a pleasing and suprising interior, a unique place. Irish flavour to the place but plenty of Sarf Londoners in evidence. Decent pint of John Smiths (2.90) and a serviceable menu.

This place is just like a million other pubs, except those pubs are all in Ireland!
I have Irish familly and I get a little nostalgic when I call in here and as such am prepared to forgive some of the faults.
Have called in here the last couple of Paddy's nights and the place was rocking.
Guiness is excellent as you would expect.

i noticed the addition of a couple of ale pumps on the bar when i was walking past the other day, can't comment on the quality as i've yet to try but I will now probably give it a go one night soon

havn't been in here sinse the refurb, it's now one massive great bar, has a Irish theme always busy when Celtic are playing, not what I'd exactly call a welcoming sort of place, but ok
