Done out in a modern style which strips it pretty much of any character, The Whitstable Pale was okay - probably alright for a pint while waiting in the bus.

Lunched here with family twice. Food good and a friendly service in a bright eating area. Usual Shepherd Neame beers in good condition. Will go back again when next in Tenterden.

A clean but somehow soulless pub. Fairly good menu but the food was unexciting; reasonably priced though. Staff very friendly.

Went to this pub again but food seems to be going backwards in quality.

Nice clean pub. Nice friendly staff. Food was excellent on first visit. 3 out of 4 meals good on second visit. Carrots in a vegetable panini is an odd choice which the waiter agreed with. But otherwise great. The outside space is wonderful to enjoy in the sunshine. Would happily go again.

The food was ok here, and the Sheps easter beer good but I just hated the place. It looks like one of those M&B Ember jobs,I.e it sold its soul to the Devil. Maybe somewhere to take your great Aunt when your thinking about inheritance.

A "rather posh" pub in a pretentiously posh town. But they had a decent range of ales on, including the Shepherd Neame porter which is something you don't see in many places. The food was good, and bar staff friendly. Will be going back in a few months to try the next seasonal beer.

Has obviously been recently modernised, it didn't appeal to me very much as a place to linger, but usual choice of Shepherd Neame ales, and handy for the bus stop.

Nice pub with a good menu, and our Dogs were made welcome in the garden.
