Funny you should mention this as I've had some sad twat harassing me on here for mentioning that pubs are closed or that there are alternatives nearby not mentioned on here despite trying to add them to the site.

Recent posts (the past year or thereabouts) indicate that no/very few requests to add new pubs get actioned). In reality, its doubtful that there are any 'moderators'. The website doesn't even use SSL (denoted by httpS) meaning that passwords going up and down the line are relatively easy to discover.
Sadly, the BITE site is - I think - dying a slow death.

Wealdman it's looking that way, but I've tried to add Pubs on this site that are in the Oldham area and the moderators cannot be bothered to add them. Has anyone else had the same problems? Basically takes months for them to add pubs.
