Shame it�s gone. It was one of the best places to pop in for a swift half whilst in the town. At least the Italian Restaurant they�ve put in there now is good too.

Has been closed to make way for yet another restaurant. I have no idea why, since it was a decent pub. Maybe they'll convert one of the restaurants in Guildford to a pub to make up for it?

I like this pub, go there very frequently but mostly during the afternoon, not the evening. Not a big beer garden but great if you can get a table out there on a sunny day.
