The "Snug Bar" has typical olde-worlde/Cotswold style decor with a modern twist. It is part of the hotel but separate if you see what I mean. Two beers available - one from Hookey and one guest (Natural Selection on my visit - not my type of ale though). This is not a boozer but was OK as part of a pub crawl round town. Staff were friendly enough but it was very quiet considering it was market day and the other pubs were busy.

Agree with the last reviewer, it is too brightly lit and full of noisy braying types. Beer was drinkable but nothing special

Bit too clean and certainly sterile in atmosphere. Beer was pretty dreadful too. Only one real ale option and it was farmyard foul.
Probably pretty good for food and coffee but not much else.

Greene King beer so you know what you're getting with IPA and Abbott. Food is absolutely excellent British pub grub. Pies are second to none with a special every night. Only thing that let it down was a local racist at the bar.

16th century coaching inn. Stone & timber beams. Greene King old English inn Impressive authentic interior. Large stone fireplaces, etc Accommodation available. Cask ales : greene king abbot & IPA

A traditional pub. Enjoyed a venison burger and chips there. Okay service and okay beer. The atmosphere was the best bit of this pub/hotel. Green King IPA, Abbot are your only real ale options.
