Restaurant food is excellent and staff very obliging. Beware of room 15, where the shower runs so hot that you can't get under it. The thermostat is inoperative. Beer include Adnams and Black Sheep, both of which were OK. The village square is very pretty, with no obvious parking restrictions, so it's a convenient stopping point if you need a p***.

Quite expensive, however a reasonable range of ales and in good nick. Food is pretty good too, worth a visit.

Ignore previous user. The beer here is pricey but very well-kept and varied. Good atmosphere at weekends, especially if sport is on. All in all, a very friendly and welcoming local pub.
|
A sterile and expensive pub/restaurant. Poor and poorly-kept range of beer.
|
Friendly hotel bar at the top end of the Market Place. Live sports shown and often very busy. Popular Restaurant. Stocks beers from Scottish & Newcastle range in good condition with the odd guest. Quite expensive.
