This is no longer a Wetherspoons but is now a Brewhouse & Kitchen. Still seems pretty Wetherspoon-like inside though they do brew there own stuff somewhere on the premises.

Mainly place for teens and drunks to go, thus the cheap prices. The food is typical Weatherspoon so don't expect much BUT... it's good for the price. Wish they cleaned thier lines more often though.

Very nice trendy looking lloyds. The bar supervisor was very friendly and appeared knowledgable about the ales she was serving(1.95pint only). A bit strange for a spoons but they had large restaurant style menu sheets on the tables rather than the usual cluttered mess of corporate JDW table toppers, all in all a very nice pub, 8/10

The door men are the epitome of filth, definatly causing more trouble than they prevent. They seem to take pride in ruffing up people who spend good money in this pub. I'de have to rate this pub. SHITE not to mention the (Laptop) Dj who plays the same boring music day-in day-out.
Head to manchester if your not to wilmslowised

Had a gr8 nite here. Loads of cheap lagers. The place to get slightly drunk, chat, dance and just generally contenplate life!!!1111

Mid day service is good, very quiet generally Food and service very good - 12 different meals served simultaneously after <20 mins Good choice of real ales, usually all available [none of the Wethers 'line cleaning nonsense' when I've been in] Fantastic toilets Never smokey

Very cheap drinks during the week, although this has started to attract the unwanteds of wilmslow !
Always takes hours to be served although the bar staff make up for it. Our Christmas eve top 3 :- mike (cute) graham (hunky) ford (rugged)
Food is generally good, so is the weekend DJ.

This place is quite good if you want somewhere that serves cheapish drinks and has quite a lively atmosphere. Can get a bit overcrowded and waiting times can be quite long at the bar, but this is helped by some of the bar staff who are very easy on the eye!

Another Branch of the ubiquitous J.D. Wetherspoon brand, this time in Wilmslow - the Champagne-drinking capital of Britain. Formerly "The Grape & Grain", the pub is next to "The Swan", which is probably the oldest pub in Wilmslow.
