Mill Inn, Aberystwythback to pub details please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.
The Mill is no longer a real ale pub. It is a corner pub that was playing loud music and showing the rugby on my Saturday evening visit. The uninspiring keg choice was Carling, Carling Cider, Worthingtons, Kronenbourg, Strongbow, Staropramen, Coors Light & Guinness. Has little to recommend it. Even the wifi failed to work.

I've had a few good sessions in The Mill in the past. Walked by it yesterday about 1400 and it was shut. Opening hours on the door say noon for Friday and Saturday opening. Not sure if it is still trading?

Now has a beer on (a very nice pint of Rev. James), so now worth a stop for the footy.

Outside gents lures me in everytime. Good range of ale and some of the best bar staff in Aber. Used to hold a Sunday night quiz not sure whether this still goes on.
Bit small, but a good quality Aber boozer.

Cosy little place, Brains SA but no MILD so didn't stay for a drink. Moved on instead to the Lord Beeching where they do serve a pint of MILD.
|
Small room with comedy outside lavs. Usually inhabited by sporty types from Aber Uni and younger locals. Nothing to shout about.
