went downhill when the manager karl left many years ago+shame as it was the place 2 go at one point-now shut!

This late night bar has just had a �180000 refurb and has had totaly new ladies and gents , new glass white bar , new floor , new led funky lighting , all new furniture including comfy sofas and comfy swivel arm chairs . Theres a new extensive and exciting menu , a large cocktail menu and a large selection of largers from around the world . Where possible in the daytime table service is offered . This bar has truely been transformed into the 21st century and surely is the most modern venue in Loughborough . Chris 18 jan 2008 23:15

Ive been here a few times its very popular with students from the university its more of a late bar open till around 3am i think most night. The drinks are not cheap and alot of cocktails its ok for a few before you hit a club or if u fancy a drink and everywhere else is shut.I dont know about the food. Its very small but they have some nice sofas at the back.

True the venue is small but i would say thats good. great is shooters and cocktails are your thing though there is a selection of beers too.

used to b a top bar, slowly losing its form tho, needs new toilets desperatly+there next to the kitchen!!

Should really be called The Smokehouse. It's very small and very badly ventilated, so it gets very busy and very full of cigarette smoke in no time at all.
Drinks aren't cheap, and once more it's the usual selection of fizzy lager and alcopops.

very cool little bar - ask for a Dr. Pepper and try not to smallow the shot glass! generally tries to be an upmarket student haunt, live music sometimes and always packed in the evenings.

Small inside. Tries to be both traditional wooden walled pub but also trendy with loud music.
Its ok but packed due to smallness.

Good little bar. Go here everytime im back in Loughborough from uni. Gets very busy Sat nights. Very expensive drinks, but depends what you ask for! The bouncers are normal bouncers!

Rectangle shaped pub with a big giant rectangle 'cheers' style bar in the middle. Packed due to lack of space but they made it that way. A good pub for L'boro.. One of my faves, big cocktails too. Lots of mirrors.

great little bar/pub/restaurant, urbany, retro feel, live music on sunday and thursdays. excellent food with an extensive menu.
