Notably the 2nd worst pub in the town after the Swan. It's like watching all the worst episodes of Eastenders at the same time.

My girls and I had the greatest time at Warwick Arms. We were greated by the owner Ray Cornish, who took the time to tell us a little bit about the local history and made sure we were well taken care of by his wonderful staff. I highly recommend the Maldon Gold. It was smoother than mothers milk. Best Pub we found in the U.K.

Re-opened after recent refit. Occasional live music. Ales slightly over-cooled-buy two to let the second warm up a bit!

Appears to have closed down, although furniture etc. was still present so maybe due to reopen shortly?

Nice comfortable, basic corner street pub at the lower end of the High St.Single bar with pool table at one end and a seating area at the side.Three real ales on with Maldon Gold, which was excellent, as a regular.
