A fantastic little pub in the village. Went in a few months back and the place was empty - friendly chap behind the bar appeared, served us drinks, took our order and then disappeared off to cook our food! Liked it so much we went back the next night. There were a few people in then who were obviously locals but made us welcome anyway. Plus Bella the lab was great company!

visited this pub a few times in the past not impressed to be honest, more like a working mens pub, the jukebox wouldnt work, and lost about 3.00 in it, the food was naff, been better off going to the local co op in the village for a micro meal, that about sums it up.

Been here a few times mostly for skittlin....this my first daytime venture. Very picturesque and the barmaids toddler son crying for his mummie was very entertaining. Beer the usual cornish stuff.....in Somerset and not 10 miles from the three best breweries in the western world? ( Thats Cotleigh, Exmoor and Taunton to you)

It says "Warm Welcome" on the sign but it was blydi freezing! On a better day it probably would have scored higher. 4 real ales on offer....so worth a visit.

Here's another pub that I thought had reviews before. This seems like a nice enough village pub, with the stone, beams, fire place, and some ales etc. Worth stopping for.
