Went there on one of the hottest days of the year - the welcome was warm, the beer was the correct temperature (and yes, unfortunately there was only 1 real ale of the three available - it had been a very busy weekend and this was Monday Night), but the one was in great condition. The Food was SUPERB, the staff couldn't have been nicer, and yes the place was pretty busy - certainly for a Monday night. Will definately be back when I'm next in the area

Been using this pub for a couple of years when on hoilday in area. Never had a bad meal yet and people who we have spoken to also say it's the best and cheapest in area. Cannot be bettered. Staff very friendly and go out of thier way to please.

Went in one weekend - place smelt like everything was fried - food didn't look apertising so had a quick coke and moved on in our search for somewhere to eat - luckily there is a farm shop around the corner with a very good cafe

A fabulous friendly welcome and excellent service. Delicious food with over generous portions and very reasonable prices. Definately well worth a visit.
