This is the worst bar I have ever been to. If you want to queue for an hour, then be charged to get somewhere which thinks its its a lot cooler than it is, then this is the place for you.
If you want to go to a relaxed cool bar full of sexy trendy people, please go to any other bar in Clapham.
Seriously, really really terrible bar!!

This place is just so cool, the food and the drinks are excellent especially the beer selection it has some really great niche beers. We are now regulars.

I would definitely not recommend this venue as a place worth visiting - I recently organised a birthday party here for 25 people and was turned away at the door as it was a tickets only Halloween night, this was despite confirming by phone and email. There was no empathy for the situation and the staff were very rude and pretentious. There are much nicer places around so I'd advise to go somehwere else!

Went here for food and drinks last Sunday and absolutely loved it! The refurb is brilliantly done, the menu is spot and and the food was cooked to perfection! Drinks are reasonably priced and cocktails well made. Haven't been on a Fri/Sat but on a normal night of the week its perfect. Fisrt Thurs of the month is Burlesque night so should be interesting!
Can't recommend this place enough!

How cool is this place? It rocks! turned up at 6:30pm on Friday night left at 2am, the food was worthy of the praise that its receiving but it was the beers that kept us going, how many? we will be back to finish off the list.A Big thanks to the gang down there, you made my birthday one to remember. p.s can you open a Lost Society in North london, cheaper taxi home.

Great mid-week for chilled cocktails - weekends are crammed to the rafters with lost sloanies - what are they doing so far south?

Nice decor food and drink, shame about the clientele. Seriously though in parts the mgmt have done a really good job here, the food is great and there's a cracking selection of beers and cocktails would recommend this place without reservation for a mid week night when its not busy. Weekends are another matter when it really gets packed out,the old tea rooms was always a bit of a sweatbox and the refurbs changed nothing, on the plus side for the mgmt i guess it ensures a thirsty clientele howeever the rest of us spend half the night queuing owing to the serious lack of bar space. Additionally as its the "new place" to go in clapham you end up sharing your cm2 of space with a selection of desperado hungry eyed late thirties singletons and i'm so mad me look at my crazy hat early twenties party animal wannabes...in conclusion midweek 8 and weekend 2.

Lost Society is getting lots of good press at the moment and well deserving. Have been there twice in the last month. Drinks selection is excellent, i think they have 16 different beers (bottles), from all over the place, very diverse. Their cocktail and wine list is intriguing and extensive. Ask one of the bartenders and they will reccommend a drink to go with the very impressive food menu.

Its one of those places where you go for a drink, end up having an amazing dinner and then find yourself dancing till the early hours to some very cool music. Nothing about the place is obvious, refreshing!

The new incarnation of the Tea Rooms de Artistes, Lost Society has lost none of its former charm. These days a 'refit' often leads to a light-pine-and-spotlight dullstrosity, but thankfully Lost Society has been cleaned up and decked out with some genuine art-deco flair. This is no half-hearted chandelier-here-and-there effort (although they abound), in effect theyve created a varied yet cohesive, gorgeously decorated cluster of rooms. The building's actually a converted barn, as you can tell from the solid beams buttressing the walls. Oh yes, and there's a delightful, secluded garden area too.

The place hasn't forgotten its party roots either (this is where Rob Da Bank started up Sunday Best) - Thursday through Saturday there are a collection of mix-mongers spinning a variety of breaks, hip-hop, funk or whatever else to an appreciative, laidback crowd.

A quick glance at the brimming bar demonstrates that you won't be getting bored there either. There's a cosmopolitan array of beers peering out at you, not to mention the bar staff keen to mix and match a cocktail combo on request. And if you're feeling like you need some sustenance with your drink, the foods not half bad either.

A curiously relaxed vibe, for a surprisingly well upholstered interior.

A+
